Really bad insomnia lately
For the last week or so I've been waking up at odd hours and I'm so awake I play on my phone until I can finally go back to bed.
I keep waking up around 3-5 and my boyfriend wakes up at 5:30-6 so I never sleep well after that. I'm kind of blaming it on the fact I'm stressed since I lost my job. But honestly I'm not THAT stressed since I'm confident I'll get another soon. Maybe I'm more stressed than I know.
Anyway. What are some ways that help you get back to sleep and stay asleep?
