I need some advice

I think i am pregnant but its to soon to test but I been having lower abdomen pain, lower back pain, nausea and I am fatigued some times my breast some times tingly (tmi) but they are not sore did anyone else experience this and find out they was pregnant. My period Is not due tell the 9th of November
