Here is my take on it. Women should be paid equal for equal work. I am in the automotive field. I can have all the knowledge in the world, but that won't help me to lift 100 lb tires on to a truck. That being said I don't do equal work, I need help. Therefore I don't deserve equal pay. There will never be complete equality because there are so many variables. We are build different emotionally and physically.

This is absurd. You can make a post once a day if you like, but those of us who are feminists are unshakable. And those who aren't have heard it at this point and are stubborn about being sexist.

I completely agree with misty. I'm all for equality, but a woman can't expect to have the same pay as a man just because she may work in the same field as him, if she isn't able to do all the work that said man can do. A woman can't expect a man to treat her with respect if she's not acting like she should to deserve that respect. I'm not saying all feminists are like this because I know that's not the case, but equality for women means equality in ALL areas, not just when it's working in our favor.
