Pains

Okay ladies i need some help, about a week ago my SO and i had sex, on my ovulation day(as glow says) since a couple days ago iv been feeling off, i get sick to my stomach at random times, and feel like i might puke, which i havent done in years, this morning i woke up to a pain on the lower left side of my stomach and the lower left side of my lower back. Is it too early to be having symptoms of pregnancy? Or could that be what it is?
