I posted in here last week about a sick lady

Last week a lady came into my work that was really sick like mentally sick .... Well tonight she came in again she wouldn't talk infront of no1 she wrote me notes telling she wasn't well.... She told me tonight again that she can see the people in her house moving her blinds and things and trying to get her.... She has no1 in her house.... She sees things and has things wrong in her head .... She told me she can trust me I actually don't really no the lady... This women was sweatin and shaking she is worse than last week.... The police won't do a nothing they just check her and if she says she's ok they leave the police have told me they no she is ill and that she is on tablets but they won't bloody do nothing without her say so....this women is calling out to me for help for 2 weeks in a row now... And I don't know what to do anymore I am really upset about this lady she is lovely but the things she is seeing in her head and thinking is not nice for her she tells me she is thinks she is ill again but she won't tell no1 else for she trusts me ... They she won't even talk just writes me notes incase the [PEOPLE] no she makes me burn the notes... This women ain't well and I can't find away to help!!! I'm in the U.K. So it's different than the USA ... I just needs advise r something I loose sleep over this lady I go drive by her house all the time just to see if she ok r if there is lights on in it.... I can't keep this up and the police won't help no matter how much I tell them... And ambulance won't take her without her concent even tho they can see she is ill!!!' Please advice pleaseeeee UPDATE SORRY FORGOT TO ADD THIS LADY HAS NO FAMILY FROM TALKING TO OTHER PEOPLE I FOUND OUT SHE LOST HER KIDS YEARS AGO....THIS LADY IS IN HER LATE 30S EARLY 40s thanks ANOTHER UPDATE... well I haven't saw the lady from I posted this despite going to her house she wouldn't answer..well today her house went on fire while she was in bed... I don't know how she is r nothing I have an awful feeling of guilt in me..I should of done more to help this lady wen she was clearly calling out to me for help ... Only time will tell how she is :(:(
