Sweating up a storm at night messing my BBT
Hi everyone. The problem is the odd night I wake up in the morning hot and sweaty. I can't find a pattern. I had it a couple of nights ago (you can see the spike below) but I'm due to get AF tomorrow so I don't think it's ovulation. Thoughts?
