40+4 having deeper contractions
I'm 40+4 today (March 20) and having some deeper contractions than I've been having for the past 3 1/2 weeks. (This is my third baby) I've had so many false starts I can't even count them, but these are more intense and definitely wrap to my back and down my butt.
Praying today's the day!!! The first day of spring too for my first little girl! Very exciting... Will be at my midwife's birth house and hopefully will have her in the water like I did my boys.
UPDATE: my contractions stopped as I slept and came back at 9 am. They are 7-20 min apart and inconsistent but staying in intensity. This is just BIZARRE and not what my first 2 births were like at all! I just want them to get closer and consistent. Come on body!
UPDATE: still had intense contractions all last night and today anywhere from 5-30 min apart. This is crazy! Baby is in good position and feels even lower. Bowels have been emptying today and lost a big chunk of bloody mucous plug this afternoon! Slow but some progress?
