What are you doing to keep fit and active?💃🏼
I was just wanting to know best fitness regimes for going into your 2nd trimester.
I have not been able to do anything in first trimester as was really unwell. I have now built up my strength again and looking to stay fit and active. Any ideas. Any videos or regimes I can follow to get back into it. I was very active before I found out I was expecting.👍🏽
