Advise on genital warts?

Im 22 weeks pregnant so there's no treatment the doctors can give me, it's broke out since being pregnant it's horrible, makes me feel disgusting. They're just getting worse and worse and I'm getting more. They said they can freeze them off but it's hard with work as it's during the day and I don't know if this will work as I've had it once and nothing happened. Does anyone have any advise? Anyone had them before??
