Starting IUI. Feeling stressed about making schedule work :(

Hi guys. Starting IUI this month. I didn't realize how many appointments you need a cycle! We decided to try first without medications since I am ovulating normally and it's less appointments. I hope this works because I don't know how I would make it to the clinic so frequently for all of the monitoring needed if using meds with IUI, without having to tell my boss what's going on... Which I definately don't want to do. Any advice on how you guys make this work if you are working full time?? Would love to get perspective from those going through this already so I can stop stressing out.
