I have pcos, I've been on bc since I was 11 (im almost 20) this is my first time being off it because we want to have a baby! My periods are still irregular, the dr said it'll be that way for a couple months because I had the nexplanon, they're slightly regular now. I had sex during my fertile week and my period should be showing up in about 5 or 6 days. I have weird twinges and very dull cramping around my left ovary, I bled a tiny bit the other day(only once when I wiped), my urine smells very strong but I'm not dehydrated, and my breasts are a little sore. Anyone else have these symptoms?
