Since I've gotten pregnant, my clitorus has been extremely over sensitive.... And not in a good way. If ANYTHING touches it, It hurts. Like a burning feeling..  My SO hands, his mouth, lube, shaving cream, and even his penis. Literally everything irritates it other than regular water, and my underwear.
