I normally have a really light period and this time mine was really heavy does that mean anything or its normal?

Have you missed a pill or anything? Sometimes when I miss a pill throughout that month or something it will become really heavy and my doctor said it was normal because I had changed up things in my body by taking the pill and then missing one.

I think it changes when you're on any kind of birth control, and I think it has something to do with a change in your diet
