Ravioli when pregnant?

Hey everyone. Can I have ravioli when pregnant. It has ricotta cheese and Romano cheese (box says imported sheeps milk) also doesn't say anything about being pasteurized. I had a mc last February, I am now 18 weeks and a little scared! Any help is great! Thank you! 💕

As long as you cook it through its ok. The cooking process will kill anything dangerous.
