Prego????

Ok I have a question, my last period was only some spotting. And only lasted like 2 days. Normally it's like a week long and heavy. And it's been a week since.  I've taken multiple hpt. And all have come out negative, but I have pregnancy symptoms. Even my husband who's a nurse noticed them before I did. Just wanting to know if any women were pregnant but still had negative tests in the beginning of pregnancy.
