Are you breastfeeding? My friends baby got bumps kinda like that when she forgot to wipe breastmilk off his face... i personallu would call a dr and ask

I already commented but I really would not worry. I saw the other comments but it looks completely normal. I asked my dr twice and kept being told it was normal acne from my hormones. This was how bad my daughters was. I just kept it clean with a warm wash cloth and it's almost clear now.

My daughter had something similar and everyone told me not to worry and that it was just baby acne but I took her to the doctor anyway and it ended up being a yeast infection on her face and she needed an antifungal to clear it up I would take him just to be safe. He's adorable BTW😊

Dry skin can also cause this sort of reaction. Be careful not to wash too often.

It's normal baby acne. My daughters is just now going away at 6 weeks. It showed up at 3 weeks.
