So my doctor gave me an ultrasound at 3 weeks and 3 days and I told him I was bleeding so he told me that he wants me to schedule another appointment for 2 weeks that means I'll be 5 weeks and 3 days Could he have seen something and isn't telling me?

That early,  he more than likely didn't see anything and wants you back later when something would be visible

It's not likely he could see much on anything that early. At 5 weeks there should be a heartbeat, that's probably what he's aiming for.

No. Lol. At my 6w scan they couldnt even see anything. I had to go back at 8

If he saw bleeding, he probably wants to wait until he could possible see the source. He wouldnt see an ectopic pregnancy that early as they progress initially like a normal pregnancy and thats too soon to see anything.

No, I don't think so. The baby is incredibly small at this point. Too small to see or feel.
