Okay, so I'm currently on birth control (the pill). I have the three month pack but I always just roll over into a new pack, I never take the placebo pill where you're suppose to have a period. I've been in birth control for about a year. Recently I was late on taking my pill, like an hour late and then a few days later I was late again. Me and my fiancé have unprotected sex all the time so we definitely had sex even when I was late on taking the pill. I've never been pregnant before and don't know any of the first symptoms of being pregnant so I'll just describe what I've been feeling like for the past week or so now. This is about three weeks after me being late on the pill. To start things off, I'm generally a pretty energetic person, even if I'm tired. I usually have some kind of energy to get up and do things. Me and my fiancé are currently packing to move and I've had absolutely no energy to even go pee! Don't know where this is coming from. I'm feeling a lot better today but I would literally wake up for about four hours and sleep for 14 hours. I did this for three days! I've finally got some energy back to pack today. But today and some of yesterday I've been feeling awfully sick to my stomach. I didn't feel sick at all until I ate something. I thought maybe I was dehydrated so I've been drinking lots of water but I'm still feeling sick and I just don't want to eat anything even though my stomach is telling me otherwise. This next one is very weird to me because of the two years I've been on the pill, only a year straight though, I've never experienced this. I've had blood when I wiped. It happened for the first time about three or four days ago but then when I wiped again cause I thought it might be my period but there was nothing there, just on the first wipe. Well now this morning there was blood again and more. It's still like spotting but last time it was more of a little strip of blood and this time it was just all mucous-y and it covered the toilet paper where I wiped. Again I wiped a second time and it was clean. I went pee again and more mucous blood stuff but very little this time. Now for me peeing the third time for the day, there's absolutely nothing there. Yes the first pee was right after I woke up and the second time I saw a little blood was about mid-day. I'm also constipated on top of all of this. What are all of these symptoms of? Are these pregnant symptoms or is it something else? Is the spotting just from the pill even though I've not experienced it before?
