I have no idea about those either I got to start doing some research on my own.its crazy bi Don't know when I'm ovulate, I don't know how many days my cycle is, I don't anything shit.

Do you mean for dilation? Feel for bump on each side. The space between the bumps is your dilation. Please wash your hands first. After your water has broken leave the checking for medical professionals. If you mean checking for fertility before ovulation your cervix will be high soft open and wet. After ovulation your cervix will be low firm closed and dry.   To recognized this you need to become familiar with what your cervix feels like. Google how this works.

I just started doing this so im no expert but I found a rule that has helped. The knuckle rule. If your finger only goes in to the first knuckle your cervix is low, middle knuckle is middle and all the way in is high. Sometime it's so high you can't feel it. As for open or closed I still don't know about that one. Hope that helps!

.it's complicated to explain but you wash your hands, stick one or two fingers inside private, far enough until you feel your cervix, might be low& firm or high & soft
