No patience to wait to take a pregnancy test

It's been a week since I've ovulated. And I'm dying to take a pregnancy test. I have a clear blue  weeks estimate test that came with my ovulation tests. A little more background, I had nexplanon removed toward the end of January and had a decent period feb 21-24 but I'm not sure how regular it'll be this month. We're ttc for baby #1. Should I wait any longer? Asking for all the baby dust we can get. Thanks!
