Pcos with regular periods?

Does anyone have regular period with pcos?  if so is easier to get pregnant once on medication?

I have pcos and I have a super regular period. Like Down to the exact day every time. I ovulate and everything. It's been about a year and a half I have been trying with no success. My husband has above average sperm and my tubes are not blocked. So my best bet is that the pcos makes it really difficult to get pregnant for EVERYONE. The only thing is that I'm overweight but everything else is perfect. I know your pain. I'm just as lost lol

Decently regular despite pcos for the last two years. I have had irregular periods in the past as well, though.

I have regular periods cuz I'm on the pill but since I've been with my hubby my last period was just spotting and I'm hoping this period doesn't come but it might I mean I'm TTC but staying on the pill so I know when period comes. The past 5 days I've had really wonky symptoms suggesting pregnancy but I'm only 3 dpo so it might just be PCOS?

Yes I have regular periods but have pcos! Just started metformin hope I get my bfp soon!
