Is this evidence for custody?

I clearly don't have enough right now, but baby daddy parties nonstop and I don't want him having anything to do with his daughter. It seems selfish but I won't let her around his drunk driving ass who's house smells like weed constantly. I did as much lurking as I could since he blocked me on Instagram where all the good stuff is, and I have a tweet that says 'god I was so drunk last night 😂' and he's only just turned 19. He posts a lot of pictures of his friends passed out drunk or throwing up but none of him, so I don't think I could take that to the court even though they're all underage. Is the tweet something I should take in or do you think it wouldn't be looked at as serious evidence?

I would get a friend to go on his instagram page nd snap shot some more pics of him actually drinking under age. Also get other witnesses who wouldn't mind testifying about his behavior. I dont blame you for not wanting your child around him at all.

Does he want to be in the child's life? Maybe that could be enough to cause him to want to change and straighten up his act.

Being drunk isn't considered reason for someone to be an unfit parent. However if he has a drinking problem (I.e. He drinks every day) then that's reason.
