Sciatic nerve pain

Has anybody else experienced sciatic nerve pain? I was into my sports before I became pregnant so I think that's how it started, but now I'm pregnant it's so much worse! I'm only 8 weeks so I'm scared it will get so much worse as baby grows. Anybody got any methods of pain relief that helped them? :)
