Faint positive 1 month after loss?!

Question

On Feb 17th I started spotting with my second pregnancy. (I had no complications with my first.) By Feb 22nd I had miscarried and passed our baby at 8 weeks. Fast forward a hectic month... I took a pregnancy test this morning bc AF never arrived back. Could this be true or do I have my hopes up? Praying for all the mamas with their BFP after loss 💙💗

I took a test about 2 weeks afterwards, it was positive. I took a test 3 weeks afterwards, it was negative. This 4th week, it was positive. I go to see my midwife this afternoon for blood work.

Did you do any tests following your miscarriage to see your hormone levels go back down? I ask because I continued to get positive hpt for weeks after my miscarriage last year due to left over hormones from the lost pregnancy.  I think it was three weeks after all bleeding had stopped before I got a negative hpt and my gynecologist said that was pretty good - for some it can take much longer. I hope it is good news for you, but I'd be cautious and do a few tests a couple of days apart to see if the levels are on the way up or down.  Good luck x
