When do you feel baby moving?!?

I am 16 weeks pregnant and I only think I've felt the baby move (I have lots of gas so it's hard to tell the difference lol) This Is baby #2 for me and with baby #1 I had no doubt and my husband could feel kicks at 17 weeks. Is placenta placement part of why you can feel it at different times with each pregnancy!? I want to feel baby :/

This is my second and I for sure started feeling baby move yesterday. He's been moving like crazy this evening and I'm 16 weeks 1 day. I thought I felt him here and there a week or so ago but it wasn't as clear as it is now! Hopefully you'll feel yours soon!

Placenta placement DEFINITELY plays a role!  I felt my first around 14-15 weeks (although I didn't realize that was what I was feeling until around 17 weeks). I had a posterior placenta with that pregnancy.  With my second pregnancy, I had an anterior placenta and didn't feel her until close to 20 weeks and felt her far less frequently than I felt my first. Waiting to see about this one!  I think I may have felt them last night, but I am not certain. I am 14 weeks on Friday.

My baby has been VERY active in the mornings around 10 and I can actually see a couple kicks if I lay super still. I'm pretty sure I've been feeling kicks since 15 weeks but like you wasn't sure if it was baby or gas. Ever since I saw a kick, I now know the difference haha for me it feels like when you move your tongue against your cheek but obviously in your stomach. I'm sure you are feeling your baby if you have any suspicions!

Yeah, placenta location has a lot to do with it. I have an anterior placenta (it's on my belly side of the uterus) so I was told it would take longer for me to feel baby move and that the movements may not feel as strong since the placenta will block me from feeling movement.I'm 15w3d today with my first and I've *maybe* felt a couple flutters over the last week but not sure if it's baby or gas. 😕
