Could this be? 2 weeks late

I had my normal cycle feb 9-16 , i bleed for a week after that then it stop. The day i expected my next cycle in march i spotted for 2 days only could see it when i wipe. Does this explain why I'm 13 days late? I have been a week late before but never 2 weeks. Could this possibly be?
