Gastric with sleeve and pregnancy?!!

I want to get the gastric with sleeve surgery . Did anyone did it and got pregnant after ? If yes did you gain weight?

My best friend got the gastric sleeve. She has had 4 pregnancies, 2 births, and lost the weight that she gained during those without much trouble. She did have to eat healthy and exercise just like someone without the surgery. 2 of those pregnancies ended with miscarriages that occurred early in the pregnancy, so there was minimal weight gain.
