So sick!

So i have caught a head cold and im about 5 weeks pregnant. I have a really sore throat, flemmy cough and aches and pain all over. My neck hurts so much cause of my glands are swollen. Anyone know of remedies to help get this out of my system!? Ugh help! 😩😣
