Feedback please!

Started 50 mg of clomid March 5th for 5 days. Got more bloodwork and an ultrasound today. The lady doing the ultrasound told me my lining was nice and thick and that I had a 23 mm follicle on my left side. She seemed really hopeful and said she hopes she doesn't see me for another 7 wks. I'll get a call today to find out if I'm ready for my trigger shot tonight. This is my first month doing all this. Doing an IUI I'm guessing in the next couple days. Good signs?
