Is this normal?!?
So my mom and I decided to do this 21-day fix workout and eating plan. This was the first morning we started.
I'm relatively healthy (I'm below average weight for my height, but I'm not toned like I used to be.) and I've worked out/been in sports and gymnastics my whole life. So I know what a workout entails. And I wasn't struggling during the workout. But this morning we finished and I was making breakfast for us and the smell of the eggs made me nauseous enough that I had to rush to the bathroom and throw up. I have NEVER had that reaction before.
My SO and I are TTC and have been really active this month 😜 but even so I don't think there would be any chance of pregnancy symptoms yet, right?! Has anyone else experienced this after working out? Or had Extremely early symptoms/sensitivity to smells? I really don't want to get my hopes up...
