PSA: wearing pantyliners.
PRO-TIP. you do not need to wear a pantyliner every day. no matter how much discharge you have. it is not good for you (** it can cause yeast infections and other issues), it is expensive, it is wasteful/terrible for the environment (unless you get reusable), it is unecessary.
guys that's literally, LITERALLY what your underwear is for. pantyliners are for your period, when it's light. no. more. everyday. use. is. necessary‼️do what you want but some people actually didn't know or think of these things.
(this obviously doesn't apply to pregnancy.)
