So happy...
First of all, I am so so happy to be joining the second trimester group!! But... I've been having hip and back pain the last few days... I am thinking I will go swimming tonight and make sure I am taking calcium, but does anyone have any other suggestions? I have really bad hips to begin with so I think this is going to be an ongoing problem for me and I would like to get ahead of it.
