I'm totally losing it

Ok so I've been posting about my recent break up like when we first broke up I didn't care but when she moved out it hit me that we are really done and that in a couple of months I'm going to be leaving my dogs with her and that really hurt like this break up is not affecting her at all it's as if she doesn't care and we have been together for 3 years we were engaged and everything like it hurts because when I love I love hard idk like I woke up today emotional like everything hit me and I've been crying since 7am
