Glucose test!
Alright mommies what are some helpful tips and tricks to pass the ONE hour test. I wanna avoid the 3 hour test at all cost! I had to do it with my son (first pregnancy) and it was HARD! I'm going to try and eat HIGH protein LOW carb NO/LOW sugar diet this week. My test is Thursday. What are some good foods/snacks? Any input or advice is appreciated! ☺️
