I've been feeling kind of full or heavy in my uterus but not sure if it's just all in my head. Also have sore breasts but sometimes that's normal before my period. And the past 3 nights or so I keep waking up a bunch throughout the night not being able to sleep.  I hope this is it. I had a ectopic in September and this would be a blessing. And I'm not sure what DPO I am because I didn't take ovulation tests this month.
