Is Tylenol pm safe to take?

So I have horrible insomnia and cannot sleep at all, is this considered a safe drug to take? Looking for something to help me sleep.

It's completely safe. The ingredient in Tylenol pm that makes you tired is literally the exact same in unisom.

I take melatonin pills. One is usually enough for me but my husband has to take two for them to work for him.

I take tylenol pm as I have insomnia also but I think benadryl/unisom are safer. They kinda have the same active ingredient

Try unisom. You shouldn't take Tylenol, it can be very dangerous for the wee baby. I have no problem falling asleep but when I wake up at 3am to pee it's soo difficult to fall back to sleep. Unisom works well and will keep you out all night. Good luck! 💙

I wouldn't recommend it on a regular. Have you tried putting some lavender oil need your bed? Or meditating? (I'm not super health freak by the way) I usually have a tea before bed.
