Almost fell from my stairs but slip ..

Ok I was going to bring down my laundry basket down the basement before i even lifted or grab it my fricking stairs carpet was loose and next thing i knew my left foot when from 1 step to 3rd step i end up standing and I sat down my 2 kids who are in spring break from school ran up and asked me if im ok and hugged me ..my daughter who 8 yrs old help with the basket and my son who 4 yrs old help get down .. after I put the laundry to wash i went up stairs to lie down and my little girl thankfully is active and kicked me ...after an hour i started to have lignament pain and then my lower abdomen is hurting coming and going. Im glad my baby girl.fine and myself.. my ob is closed.. has any of you ladies have any expierence like this. Please comment.
