Insecure Boyfriend

So my boyfriend has serious trust issues and he thinks it's okay for him to ask me, who I'm talking to when in on the phone and who I'm snapchatting whenever he wants and I think it's ridiculous that I should have to narrate what I am doing all the time. He said that this is the only way he feels he can trust me. Opinions please??😖😖
