What are some of your favorite dishes sans dairy?

Mildly... I can have certain dairy products and they don't bug me but others will upset my system. I always carry lactase pills with me so if I have dairy and I'm worried it might make me sick I take them and I'm okay.

Adults aren't supposed to drink milk. It's for babies. And we aren't calves. Cows milk is for baby cows.
