So confused

I work in retail and I recently lost my position at work. The company didn't make enough to have so many mangers so the newest manager got the boot, which was me. Anyways I was offered a management position for a other department, I hate this company, there is not structure everyone does whatever favoritism is horrible and the I inconsistency is horrible in hours and shifts but I have insurance and since we are trying to get pregnant I don't want to loose that. What should I do... Leave a company I hate working for or stay and keep my insurance and a paycheck???
