Could it be a true positive or false positive?

Help please ladies. On the 21th of October, was my ovulation day. On the 30th of October, was my implantation day and I had no bleeding. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it is positive. Could it be a true positive or false positive? I have been having sore boobs, lower abdomen cramping, major gas and tinkling sensation in my nipples.

I'd say it's real!  Congrats - but based on your timeline, maybe your dates were a little off with ovulation and implantation given that the test is giving you a different date.

I thought implanation took 6-10 days? I've never had a problem with the digital tests though. Maybe test a few more times? I never had bleeding either. Good luck.

If the digital picked it up id say definite positive! And i dont know the statistic but there are plenty of women who dont have implantation bleeding congrats and good luck dear!
