Work (Carer)

I'm 5 weeks & 2 days according to this app. I work as a Carer in the community (personal cares, hoist transfers, rotunda ect.) we aren't announcing to people officially till at least week 12. Have told family and 1 or 2 close friends. Do you think I should tell work now? I haven't even got my first doctor appointment for 2 week. Just don't know if it's worth the risk. Should I tell my manager?
