Yeast infection

I'm 15 and I think I have a yeast infection. I am sexually active but I haven't had sex since March 5th so I know it's not from that. I'm scared to tell my mom because I don't want her to find out I'm sexually active, I know you can get yeast infections from other things. But what should I do? I don't have money for a doctors appointment. So any home remedies?
