My boyfriend of over a year just told me that he doesn't have a any type of emotional connection to me through our sex life. That sex is just some animalistic instinct we have. That he gets other emotional connection with me through other stuff in our relationship that isn't sexual. For me I have a very strong emotional connection with him through our sex life considering I lost my virginity to him. He has confided in me that he has had over 50 sexual partners in his life so far. So I know that he wouldn't even be close to have the same type of connection that I have to him through our sex life. This being said I would atlest hope that he would have some type of  emotional connection to me through sex , but no.. he doesn't ... It's just sex to him nothing more. Is it wrong for me to be so upset by this ?
