early scan.. ?? Scared

Just had a phone call from the nurse I saw yesterday, she said my blood confirmed I'm pregnant but I need to go to see the early pregnancy team in Hospital for a scan because of the pains I have been having.. I haven't had any bleeding at all but I'm so scared .. Anyone else had an early scan..nurse has told me I'm 5w2d but others have told me I'm 7w1d

I was in this situation, apart from I hadn't had bloods. I had my scan this morning (I'm 6 weeks) was amazing, but also found out I have a 4cm ovarian cyst. But I also has gastro problems not just cramps. Anyway, all was perfect. My tummy pains were caused by iron in the vitamins they think. Cramps are normal and the cyst won't help. Was amazing and we saw the little heart beat. Try and relax! Good luck!!

I have been having the same pains, not severe, just like mild period pains and I am scared too, no bleeding for me either though so I am just trying to be hopeful x
