Diet tips that work!

Urgh I feel like what ever I try I just can't keep it up! I managed to lose 2 stone of my baby weight and got my self down to 8.4stone!! I was so pleased with myself and I could tell my parter prefured me like that. Even though he says I was perfect before I lost Weight and stuff but I'd always catch him checking out other woman that have amazing figures! 😔 so I joined a gym went on a diet and lost that 2 stone. But now Iv put on a lot in as little as like 6-8 months! He still says I'm not fat and I don't need to diet or lose weight but I just feel so unattractive atm 😪 so Iv been trying to get back on my diet and exercise again but this time I'm finding it so hard to stay on it. The first day i start I would of pigged out on crisps and Choccy by the end of the night 😡 It's mainly the evenings I fuck up on it! I just pig out all the time. So if there's anyone that has any useful tips or products they have used and has worked well for you and help you lose your extra weight please share your secrets! Feels like I'm never gonna look "hot" for my man 😭
