Sigh...I'm so sad...was so happy to find out I was pregnant after having an ectopic and now today I'm in the process of miscarrying my hcg levels are too low for being 6 weeks along and I started bleeding and cramping badly today...So sad..going in for ultrasound to confirm it's not another ectopic but it feels different so I'm pretty sure it's a miscarriage..just wish I could have a normal pregnancy 😢
