Vaginal odor with discharge

I've had a lot of discharge lately, which my OB has told me is very normal, but the discharge has a very strong and unpleasant smell. I have good hygiene and always keep things clean. I told my OB about the problem and she ran some tests and found no infections, bacteria, or STD.

I'm LOST! Idk what to do. Do I just deal with this embarrassing problem???? Idk anymore!
