I found out this morning that my spotting was due to a miscarriage. I believe I've started my period now it's heavier than what I was experiencing before.

I'm just curious when it's okay to go back to a regular sex life and to try again to conceive?

Do I wait until after my bloodwork next week to make sure my numbers are back to normal? Or is there a length of time I'm suppose to wait??

Yes I'm currently bleeding but is it okay to have sex now?
