Cold weather use a moist warm humidifier to help you mouth and nose stay lubricated. Use motrin/tylenol to take down inflammation in your sinuses. Lots of water to thin mucous out. And take some claritin or Sudafed

Use the small mint humidifier. I don't remember what it's called but it's at walmart.

In addition to the humidifier I use saline spray every night before bed. It helps.

Peppermint oil in a humidifier or steamer. Also rub on temples for sinus headaches.
